We'll Make Your Book Marketing Happen!

This unique book marketing support program provides you with a PRE-VETTED & TRAINED team of Book Marketing Virtual Assistants, who will support your book marketing efforts by executing a series of marketing tasks each month.


You will have the benefit of a team of virtual assistants, without having to find, train, or manage them yourself.



Non-fiction book authors, being an author is secondary to practicing your area of expertise, and so we've designed a low-maintenance, high impact, marketing support team so you can increase your book marketing effort without a substantial time commitment.


Marketing is a marathon, not a sprint, and results are rarely seen immediately, therefore we require an initial investment of at least 6 months, and then you can transition to a monthly subscription at a discounted price.


Pay $600/month for the first 6 months and then $575 each month thereafter. After your initial 6 months, subscriptions are month-to-month.

Monthly Tasks:

Each month your team of Book Marketing Virtual Assistants will execute the following tasks, based on content plans and information you provide periodically through the occasional tasks.

  • Up to 4 Social Media Posts/week (total, among platforms).
  • Social Media Audience Engagement Work weekly
  • Sending out marketing pitches each week and/or researching additional marketing opportunities and outlets each week.
  • Send out a monthly newsletter with content provided by client

Occasional Tasks:

The following are tasks or activities that will occur on a periodic schedule, or as needed during your subscription. These tasks are focused on planning content, and adjusting monthly tasks as needed based on feedback and results.

First month:

  • create your newsletter template,
  • create social media templates,
  • create a content plan,
  • receive a report with your ideal hashtags and keywords

Every 3 months:

  • content plan updates,
  • progress review & feedback

Additional Resources for all Subscribers:

  • Monthly newsletter with marketing tips, tools, news.
  • Monthly content planning/brainstorming group Zoom call

This program is designed to provide maximum marketing impact.

Along with your subscription, you'll receive access to our Project Management Software - Basecamp - where you'll get your own project and space to connect with your team of virtual assistants. You will be able to create and modify To Do Lists, Timelines, send instant messages, share files, and comment directly on shared files. Everything associated with your book marketing will be organized and easily accessible by you or anyone on your team and everyone supporting you at Eaton Press.


You won't have to worry about assigning work or keeping track of who is responsible for what on your team. You'll get notified as tasks get completed, and can easily add new tasks or modify existing tasks if necessary. You can also set a recurring task list at the start and not think about it again until the periodic check-in (which your assitants will schedule).
